Reports
Email Submissions
The form input data can be stored in the database and/or sent via e-mail. This section describes how you can direct form submissions to the admin email address and the address users input in the form.
To get e-mail submissions, go to the form options (either create a new form or click on the existing form name in the Forms section). In the "Form" tab located on the right-hand panel, you will see the following box:

Send E-Mail Auto-Responder to Admin
On the line "Submit to" check "to admin" to direct form submissions to the admin email address. This address can be specified in the field that will float once the checkbox is ticked:

Enter your email address in the field input area under "Admin email". You can add multiple email addresses separating each new address with comma.
Send E-Mail Auto-Responder to Form Visitors
To send email auto-responders to the form visitors, click "to visitor" on the line "Submit to". The form submission data will be sent to the email address specified by the user in your field that has "Email" or "Multi Email" validation rule (see details in the "Field Validation" section).
Database Submissions
This section describes the Reports section. According to form configurations, the data input from forms can be sent either to the Admin/Visitor email address and/or be stored in the database (the one specified during the installation of MagicForms). If in the Form Options you checked the "Submit to Database" box, form submissions are sent to the database and are visible within the admin interface in the Reports section. Click on the form name in the left panel. If the forms has stored submission in the database, you will see a screen similar to this:

The first column displays the IP address, from which the form dubmission was made.
Date_Time is the date of the form submission
In the other columms you can see the field names and the values entered by the form users.
Sort Submissions
You can sort submissions by clicking on the column name. Thus, form submissions can be sorted by the submisions date, IP address, and any value from the form input data.
Search Submissions
There's an in-built search capabilities in MagicForm. To search form submisions, enter the value in the search box below the Submissions table and press OK. The searched value can begin with, be equal to, not equal, less, more, end with, or contain any value you specify in the search box.
