Admin Settings

 

Change Admin Settings

In this section, the form administrator can edit his/her admin details like Admin username, password*, first and last name, email address, and the default language of the interface (see the screenshot below):

* To change the password, you will need to enter a correct old password. For a better security, we recommend to change passwords from time to time.

 

User Managment

To add a new administrator to the system, go to "User Managment" tab within the "Administration" menu, add the username, password, first and last name of the new administrator.

To prevent this new administrator from creating new administrators, select the status - No admin. To send the new access details to the administrator, check the "Send confirmation" box and pres "Save".

image61.gif, you can view all the users of your MagicForms as shown below:

The column "Admin login" shows the admin usermane;

"Forms Count" displays the number of fonts this user has access to;

"Submission Count" is the number of times these forms are submitted;

"E-mail" is the admin's email address;

"Language" is the preffered interface language.

To delete the administrator, press "delete" button in the "Delete" column. The "super administrator" account cannot be deleted and isn't displayed under this section.
